We’re here to make your visit as comfortable, clear, and supportive as possible. Whether this is your first appointment or a follow-up, here’s what to expect and how to prepare.

ASK QUESTIONS

You don’t have to wait until your appointment to get answers. We’re happy to offer tele-consultations ahead of your visit or talk through any questions you have about symptoms, bleeding, medications, abortion laws, pregnancy rights, and more.

No question is too small - we’re here to support you every step of the way.

COME PREPARED

To help us provide the best care possible, we recommend bringing:

  • A list of any medications you’re taking (certain medications cannot be taken with the abortion pill or during pregnancy)

  • Important health history or recent test results (if available)

  • Any questions or concerns you want to discuss


We may ask for some form of identification, but a driver’s license is not required. Your privacy and safety are our priority, and we are committed to creating a space where you feel secure and respected.

DRINK FLUIDS

If your visit includes pregnancy testing or an ultrasound, please come well-hydrated. Drinking water beforehand can help ensure more accurate testing and clearer imaging.

BRING A SUPPORT PERSON

You’re welcome to bring a trusted friend, partner, or family member with you.

Having someone by your side can provide comfort and help you process information during your visit.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

If you’re unsure about anything before your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported – before, during, and after your appointment.

  • Plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete any paperwork

  • Wear comfortable clothing if you’re scheduled for an ultrasound

  • Eat normally unless instructed otherwise
